Maybe time to move onto a realtor who can find off market properties?  And, to reiterate with what was said earlier:  unethical (& illegal in Florida) for the agent to push an offer strictly on their commission desires. Are you comfortable having that kind of person represent YOUR interests?  good agent should have the relationships, prescience & expertise necessary to put you in the first position.
