New realtor looking for investor friendly firm in Milwaukee area

Hey BP!

I am taking my Wisconsin realtor exam in the next couple weeks and am looking for an investor friendly brokerage firm. I live 30 miles north of Milwaukee and plan to work in the greater Milwaukee market. Any recommendations for firms in the area that offer good training and are investor friendly?

I agree with @Corina Eufinger, if you just want to broker your own deals, Jodi is the person to talk to, hands down! If you want to make a career out of it then Bruce Lynn is right - Keller Williams is the way to go, no question!

    Hey Luke, check out Homestead Realty Inc. They're owned by investors and charge agents a small fee rather than percentage of their commissions.

    Smart Asset Realty does pretty much all investment deals.  They are based out of Waukesha, WI.

    @Luke J Nelsen, Premier Point Realty headed by Jodi Graff is highly recommended agency that has many active investors as agents.  She has a great commission structure. She emphasizes team fun and collaboration.

    @Bruce Lynn Thank you. I have read both books by Gary Keller. Millionaire Real Estate Investor is phenomenal.

    Nice to meet you. My name is Rebecca and my husband and I have run Captain Save a Home LLC, Brew City REI Club, Brew City REI Training Cafe and Wisconsin Contractor and Handyman Club based out of Milwaukee, WI for the past 8 years.

    Check out Mike & Nicole Borowski/Homestead Realty or Jodi Graf/Premier Point Realty. Both are favorites for real estate investor/agents. They actually also offer the WRA course at a discount as well.
