Hi Everyone,

     I need some help and hopefully someone one that might be interested in working with me. I am analyzing a Duplex in Norman OK. Is there any one that is from Oklahoma City or Norman that knows this area and can help me see if it can work.

Guys thank you so much, I did not know that is how the assessor made their evaluations. I appreciate the info you have given me.

Hi Everyone,

     I am hoping someone here in Oklahoma can help me with this. I've got a seller wanting to sell his duplex. I am working on analyzing the value and to see if its worth it. I'm looking at the county assessor to see what they value the place at and it is way lower than what the seller is wanting. I'm curious, does the assessor evaluates it as per side or does it look at the property as a whole?

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide.

Hi @Theresa Nicoletto.

    I would love to make it to this event. I'm a little confused on the date. Can you confirm what day it will be at the moment it looks like it will be on August 12th, is this correct?

So I tried searching on BP but I can't seem to find this information. I am curious to know on what are your steps when rehabbing a property. Like what do you take care first. Do you start doing the kitchen or bathroom or bedrooms. Basically what needs to get done first and then what do you do after that and what typically do you save for last.

@David Parker

Thanks this is exactly what I was looking for. One more question if you don't mind. After the 3 years, how long does it take them to put it on sale. Would you know a link where I can possibly find more information on this. Thanks again.
