Hello, my name is Luis Gonzalez, I wanted to reach out and introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets Community. I am from Oklahoma City OK. I am new to the real estate business and I have found it fascinating from day one. I came across the bigger pockets podcast one day as I was searching for other entrepreneurial podcast. I was hooked, I went on a binge listening section through all the episodes. A couple of months ago they were mentioning the BP website and I decided to look into it. I signed up and looked around  a little but never posted or introduced myself. I kept listening to the BP podcast and discovered a few more as well. I started working on a plan on how I can make real estate my full time lifestyle. I sought to find education and to learned everything real estate but yet I was not getting anywhere. One day, I guess, after the millionth time I heard this did it hit me. One thing in common that everyone I listened to had was that they emphasized on the importance of taking action. No matter how much you learned and educated yourself it would not change anything if you did not take action. It had finally hit me that I cannot truly learn unless I experience it first hand. I would never truly be prepared for anything to come no matter the amount of podcast I listened to or blogs I read. So I decided to take action, Before anything could happen I needed to look to why I wanted this. I am currently 26 years old living with my girlfriend and just recently had a beautiful baby girl who is, at the time of this writing, almost 8 months old. I work at a company that sells imported grocery goods online and I pretty much supervise the company. I work from 9am to 7 or usually always later than that Monday to Friday. I come home to a sleeping baby and a tired girlfriend who aside from taking care of my daughter, has a full time job. If lucky, I spend maybe an hour tops a day with my daughter. Yes, I do have the weekends but a weekend dad is not what I want to be. eight months have flown by and I don't believe time is slowing down anytime soon. I am looking for freedom from a 9-5 jail cell and be able to spend time with my family. So as the saying goes "ready, fire, aim" I have stopped trying to learn everything I could and decided to take action. I am putting my name out there and letting everyone know I am looking for properties. I have found a mentor I could provide value to and assistance in exchange for their knowledge and expertise. I have started advertising and promoting my business. I am bringing in leads and creating my funnel. I am reaching out to agents and working to build my team. everything is falling into place and I am only missing one last crucial piece of the puzzle, the end side. I am looking for cash buyer and investors who are looking for property in my area. I am reaching out to the BP community because I am looking for feedback as well. I am not looking for just someone I can sell to but someone that can let me know as to why that property is good or not. Let me know from an investors side of what they are looking for and what makes a property a good investment.

Guys, sorry for my ramble lol, to be honest I just wanted to say hi and see if there were any investors in my area. Anyways I look forward to meet everyone here and any tips or advice you can send my way is greatly appreciated.
