How behind can a home owner be on taxes before foreclosed upon
So I'm hoping I am wording this correctly. So when a home owner gets behind on its property taxes, usually how long do they have before the tax authority starts the foreclosure process?

if it's Oklahoma, it looks like it's 3 years. Google is a powerful tool!
