@Account Closed After you sign the contract, then it shouldn't be a problem.  Most real investors wouldnt sign a contract unless they actually wanted to purchase the place.

@Karen Margrave Actually a federal appeals court in California ruled that taking pictures of people through their windows is legal as long as your not standing on their property. If viewable from sidewalk or road, you can take as many as you want to. The case came up cause a photographer went to a front of a house that didnt have curtains nor blinds on the front picture window daily and continuously took pictures. Was arrested, convicted for invasion of privacy. He appealed using the argument that he was doing it for art. Court sided with him. As of now, its still legal.

It could, depending on the laws in your state. I wouldnt accept it.
