What area is the 4-unit in?

Its around the vine neighborhood, where all the college kids live.

Ive done a little looking around that are, not a lot though. Really hoping that my offer for the 4 unit (really 3 since ill be living in one) in Kalamazoo gets accepted (will be a heck of a deal if they do accept). Been talking with the realtor, and will submit official offer on monday or tuesday once she gets it prepared.

Hiyas, I'm Benjamin. I found this site by chance and am very glad I did. Ive grown up dealing with commercial income property, being partners with my father in a 3 unit and a 1 unit retail building. We are in the process of selling it and Im looking to switch to residential multi family income property. This site has already been very helpful. Just wanted to say hi!

Joe Delia, its not the state thats taxing the heck out of property in Detroit, its the city. And they definitely are way over taxed.
