I am also interested in REO's and rehabbing, so sharing some of your experience with us would be great. I'd be really interested in hearing about that. Also, if you haven't found it already there is a forum dedicated to just REO's and bulk purchases. You also may want to go to the REO Deal making forums if your looking to purchase bulk.

Being from the Buffalo area, I can relate about the snow and cold weather. I'd be interested in hearing the answer to that also.
