I have a 50’x200’ and a 75’x200’ building complex under contract. It hasn’t been operational for many years. So it’s in a R2 zoning area. Any hope to have it rezoned? It’s clearly industrial

Just be honest, tell them who you are and what your intentions are. You can’t talk someone into selling at a discount, but you can find people in situations that are willing and anxious to trade equity for speed and ease of close.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew if I could use Facebook marketing to appear on the news feed of everyone who has liked a certain group on Facebook? It is a closed group and does not allow advertising.

As Jay stated they know. Never try and pressure someone to sell to you it never works. Instead show them how you can solve their problems for them.

@Andrew Boettcher You misinterpret what I meant. I gave them a hard deadline to move which was today, and they agreed. So I had it in the works to have power switched over to my name. Now that they aren’t out I canceled that request and my lawyer is in contact with them. Thank you and everyone for your advice

Thanks all, The power was scheduled to be switched but I will change it now that they aren’t going to be out. I guess I will just send it to my lawyer. Thanks again!

I am in contact with them, they are saying that their new house keeps failing inspections. I told them that I couldn’t delay anymore and that the power was being switch over to me and would be disconnected. I get the feeling they aren’t being 100% truthful. We shall see I suppose

@Tchaka Owen I tried to just give them 70% of the purchase price until vacated, but it turned out with what they owed and back taxes there was nothing left. I was nervous about proceeding with these terms but it was a great deal, so I thought

I bought a house and it stated in the contract that they had 30 days to move out. It’s been 41 days, now what?
