Old owner was supposed to move out 11 days ago

I bought a house and it stated in the contract that they had 30 days to move out. It’s been 41 days, now what?

immediately post the property for unlawful detainer and start the  paperwork. You'll have to start an eviction process but hopefully they'll vacate once they know you're serious about it. (this should have been done about the 31st day). Depending on your state, this process to get them out (if they don't volunteer) could take anywhere from a few weeks to months and months. Get started.
