I was told that a new law limiting the number of properties someone could owner finance was just passed in Missouri?

Hey All! I was wondering what the wording looked like on everyone’s postcards? I’m about to order and don’t want to fall into the normal that has been pounded down everyones throats.

Has anyone had much luck just building duplex’s? Seems to be the best way to have things pencil out with everything selling so high, but I could be wrong
