@Penny Clark

For example Would you structure a deal at 300k the full price and ask for 6% back for closing?

@Penny Clark

I appreciate the well written response. The seller is the investment property to buy their personal house. I'm just wondering what's the most percentage I could ask the seller for towards my closing? 6%?

Hello BP,

I am thinking about making a offer on a house and I would love to hear some inputs. I'm thinking about making the full price offer and I want seller to pay all my closing costs. How would you guys structure it in the offer contract? Please let me know.

Thanks

Hello BP!

Everyone is aware that like minds seems to conquer the game of real estate faster and With that in mind I want to connect with agents that are aware of the west haven and new haven  ct market. I want some insights on properties and real understanding of the market. I want insights with real understating of a property condition and the sense of making an investment. Also, if your aware of the areas and neighborhood that are thriving l would love to see if we both agree on those.  Please I would appreciate into connect and looking forwards to working with a phenomenal bpers that are willing to assist.

Thank you

Hello Bp,

I'm looking to OOC a property that i am considering buying and the property has all the units leased with tenant. I would like to know is it possible for me to first put the property under contract and then evicting the tenant or i should put a contingency based on the seller evicting one of the tenant before closing. Also, when i buy a property fully occupied In connecticut do i have to obey the lease or is it possible for me once i become the new owner for me to set up my own new lease for those tenants?

I appreciate all your proactive responses.

Thanks

those are a in house rule for those banks that they are enforcing them upon you. Try shopping around and as long as you satisfy the ooc requirement you should be fine.
