I'm a mom to two children and I'm looking to make some investments in real estate, starting my own company so that I can make my own hours in an effort to be home for my kids more.

My husband and I have own 4 houses within 18 years, buying our first house together at ages 24 and 28.  We want to invest in real estate, but we also would like to flip houses.
