Why raw land? Land is only worth what its potential end use is worth. What is your plan for this land? Are you going to develop it? Land has no potential for income, only debt and holding costs. I would say unless your a builder, developer or have some end use plan for the raw land it would be best to find something that is already developed.

What year is it? 

Usually you can purchase one from the local association of realtors. Sometimes they may be free but I know my local association charges. Also if you have a Realtor friend, they may have access to one they can provide.

@Benjamin BlackburnYou now know the address is bad. Take them off your mailing list. Try googling them see if they come up on facebook linkedin or any other social media. If this doesnt work and your sure its a deal worth pursuing you could pay a skip tracer. 

Tax Data may just not be updated on one of the properties. I would send to qall adresses and wait for the returned letter then remove that address from your spreadsheet for future repeat mailings.

@Josh Baca That would be a great place to start investing! With the house paid off there is no mortgage payment to worry about during your rehab. The returns are great! at 650 a month your talking about adding almost 8k to your income. Not only will you have your entire initial investment back out in a little over 2 years but you will also have built in additional equity to your house, and gotten some great tax write offs along the way. For your first investment this should allow you to get your feet wet with out hardly any risk and get huge returns. My only question is what in the world have you been waiting for?
