I understand the snow removal, but lawn maint in North Pole, AK?

Tenant does not want to do it. If you leave it up to them, they may do a half *** job or no job.

Add  cost to the lease.

You might check out what the rules are on calling. I have signed up for the do not call list.

The calls I get may be violating it, but I do not answer unless I know who it is.

Too many junk calls, list or no list. Does anyone like getting these?

Don't call us, we'll call you.

Behr Swiss coffee FTW. No issue at all with matching.

Yes, you may need to paint a whole wall and not just spot paint.

@Jeffrey Isenberg

Thanks. I did not realize there was a separate form for income properties versus SFR or condo.

I will sign up for Wednesday.

Looks real nice on Realtor.com. Bottom line if it is exposed to the market and marketed reasonably well, and does not sell, the price is probably too high. Ouch. GLWS.

It is possible to make good money in HVAC. Tends to be hard work though. Depends what kind of work you want to do, and what interests you.

This sounds interesting.

Would this be only about 5+ units, or would it be applicable to smaller properties too?
