Which area of Indianapolis was this one located?

Have you tried CPL out of Carmel? They did a loan for me on a property between Avon and Danville that other lenders wouldn't consider.

Finding reliable contractors can prove to be a challenge in any market, Indianapolis included. 

After 5 years of inconsistent experiences with GCs and their subcontracting teams, we have started to bring our small to mid-sized rehab projects and rental turns in house. If you’d like to connect, I would be happy to chat with you to see if we can be of service through our PM company.
