Private Funding available for Real Estate Deals

I am a Private Money Lender, we have millions available to lend on your real estate deals. We primarily focus on Fix and Flip short term loans but also have DSCR and Cash out Refinance available as well. I am new to this forum, wanted to get my info out there for those who need funding for deals.

    Interested to learn more about your lending.

    I have a duplex property in Indianapolis that I’m looking for fix & flip funding for. 
    $180k purchase, $150k rehab. $400k ARV

    Please let me know if that’s something you’d be interested in.
