Welcome to this wonderful site. I am a newbie here and have learned so much already in such a short time. I will be starting out as a wholesaler and once I get good at that I plan on moving on to another way to learn more about Real Estate.

@Nicole Payne, welcome to this wonderful site. I am a newbie on here too. Believe me u will get the answers just by asking on here... sometimes it is overwhelming but it is wonderful knowledge. Just be a little patient and don't forget to put in your keywords... they help so much.

@Paul Timmins, great advice but I live in a small town but I will find my niche, I think I am going to try pre-foreclosures... With doing property preservations and property inspections we understand what happens more to those ppl and would like to help them out..
