Hi,

My name is Kate from Boulder, CO. I am relatively new to real estate investing. I have a SFH in Georgia that we have owned for 2.5 years. I finally convinced my husband to become landlords this past summer. It has been going pretty well with the help of a PM. I am here to learn in hopes of expanding closer to home. I look forward to what all the pros have to say!
