Welcome to this wonderful site. I am also a newbie here who is working on being a wholesaler then progressing to fix and flips too.. I have learned so much in a short time and will be starting out next week.. Have to make sure I have all the papers ready before I start, and learn a few more things. I guess the best time to start is when you have everything set up and feel confident enough to jump right in and get your experience started... Good luck to you....
