Hello BP members,

I've been working in commercial real estate for a few years but hoping to leave the grind of big corporate and work for myself.

My experience includes 10 years of selling large corporate data center space and I have also bought and sold 6 homes for my own personal use.

I look forward to gaining insight from others who are walking along the same path. (A low price home in central Austin would also be nice!) My goal is to make just enough to get by on until retirement.

Thank you,

Kevin

Welcome Kevin. Not sure low priced home in central Austin can all be used in the same sentence. The closest thing would be ridiculously priced fixer upper.
