@Sofia Miranda - did you end up finding an STR in Arlington? As others have mentioned, the zone is very tight around the Stadium.

No down-payment requirement from the bank. I was able to walk away with cash and I'm fine with keeping 20% equity in the deal (improves my net worth).

@Ivan Barratt - what is your plan to increase the cash-on-cash returns? Do you self-manage your portfolio or is there 3rd party management? Was the property in any way distressed? How did you find the deal? What is your long-term plan for the asset?
