Hello all, I have been lurking the forums and blogs on BP over the last couple weeks and finally decided to introduce myself.

I am actually a senior biology major at Marquette U in Milwaukee, WI. Over the last couple years, I've learned that starting a building a small real estate portfolio has become a life goal.

I do not have any experience in real estate or property management. While building local connections with others in the field, I have read as much as I can concerning 3-4plexes and small multifamily properties. I have also begun to save every penny for the first deal in the next year or so.
