Kessler Park area property. I have an appraisal that indicates value by the Sales comparison Approach of $250,000 once updated to the grade of the houses in the area. This property has had some demo work started and needs to be finished off and put back together. The biggest obstacle in this rehab is going to be fixing the foundation.
