Super easy rehab in a great neighborhood! Very low days on market for resale. Our house is great shape and already looks like the sold comps as-is. The $8k will be to dress up the kitchen and master bathroom to make us look even better than the comps. I believe this house could be sold as-is right now for $240-250k, if you listed on the MLS. If you are looking for a quick, easy deal, this one is for you!
