@Matt O. What product / mil wear layer are you using? Cost can vary substantially based on quality, construction, total thickness, etc.

@Brian Garlington How have your Cleveland investments played out? I grew up in the suburbs there and went to high school downtown (in Ohio City). Ohio City was practically a war zone when I was going to school there and now it’s filled with nice restaurants, bars, etc. Sure has changed for the better.

@Nicholas Morgan Ask the seller to concede price to the appraisal or walk. Don’t work hard to overpay.
@Lincoln Coverdale. Very interesting how their tune changed so quickly. Do keep us updated with how this progresses.
@Lincoln Coverdale I know this is a bit aggressive, but, if they are really playing hardball (and have done so from the start)...what stops you from now telling them they need to foot the bill for the entire cost of the remediation otherwise, now that the mold testing was made known to them, they must disclose when re-listing? I know, I know, it’s tough, but if they ask for it, they shall receive.

@Colby Mulry If they pay just a bit late...but with the late fees...might it make financial sense to keep them, because in theory, the rent payment is just moved back (but total payment increased)? I realize I’m looking at it oddly...

@Scott Weaner Not too far off from the Radon test I had on a previous residence I sold. It conveniently was 0.1 pCi over recommended. They submitted the test results with a $1,000 remediation quote.
