@Omar Khan Do you mind providing a few examples of the conventional financing products that are better than FHA loans that you're using in the DFW area?

Hey guys,

Thanks to everyone that came out on Thursday night.  Lots of positive feedback so I think it makes sense to continue these as long as everyone remains interested.  It seems like I need to create a new event every time rather than create a series of events.  I'll create a new event in BP for next month, but if you want to message me your email address I can also communicate location/date/time via email.  That way you don't have to be looking in the BP events every month.

Thanks again and hope to see everyone next month.

Kyle

Hi,

Does anyone have recommendations for a broker that can help me identify 2-4 unit multi-family opportunities in the DFW area?  I am out-of-state but lived in Dallas a few years ago.  I have a few target sub-markets that I'd like to pursue.  Thanks!

This will be a monthly, informal networking event in Boston.  All are welcome - investors, real estate agents, contractors, etc.  The intention is to have networking opportunities with those working/living or investing in Boston.

@Mark Pijanowski Welcome to Boston.  I’m making an effort to start a monthly Boston meetup/networking event in downtown Boston that you may like to attend.  In the forums, search for “Downtown Boston Meet Up”.  We’ll be creating a calendar event soon, but the next networking event is currently set for Tues March 20 at 7pm at Gather in the Seaport neighborhood.

Thanks and feel free to reach out.

Would also be curious how you selected those four markets.  On the surface, a city like Lawrence seems like a very different beast than something like Andover

Hey guys,

I wanted to reach back out to set up a second Boston real estate meetup (and hopefully if we have enough interest we can make these recurring).  We met last month at Gather and I thought it was a great location with a lot of space to use to accommodate different group sizes.  I want to propose we have the next meetup on Tues March 20 at 7pm at Gather for a drink and networking.

Is anyone interested in attending and also able to assist with creating a BP event?  It was suggested to me to set up an event in the BP event calendar but I am unable to do so because I’m not a pro member (I think).  It would be great if someone could help with setting up the event.  Please share your interest in attending and tell others that may not be on BP to come join us.

Thanks,

Kyle
