Hi @navneelprasad

When I did the training for the CIV (certified Internet videographer through virtuallyincredible.com) we were trained for both doing the editing ourselves and also outsourcing it.

To do it yourself the best way we were taught was to use the YouTube editing tool. If you are doing more than one or two a month you can then outsource the editing and SEO maximisation to them as well, well worth it for us.

Good luck, @kyleelmer

hi @Paul Timmins

Yeah the podcasts have been great and how I found you guys.

I know as @Bill Gulley mentioned it may seem like you won't be able to help me much as things are likely to be so different over there to here but most of the time it will be the idea that I can go to my experts here and say can we do this? and if not then how can we do something similar?

I have a friend in property management in Florida and he has mentioned Dunedin, Florida as well so next time I catch up with him I might have to have a nosey as it sounds like a good idea if the numbers work to have worldwide Dunedin property :-)

@Brian Gibbons thanks for the links, I will grab a look when I get a minute.

Am just finishing a full back to the studs Reno at the moment and the podcasts are pushing me through it at 4am but I need it done and revalued, so you do these things first then catch up on the reading.

Cheers kyle

Cheers Doug Merriott Hope I can help someone at some point and also look forward to picking up some tips from all you. I also have contacts in Florida so there is a thought that might be an area for us to invest in the future as well. Kyle

Hi Bill Gulley Thanks for the welcome, I will be happy to help others where I can. Sometimes just hearing how you guys are doing things over there, like I have with the podcasts, is enough for us to ask the right questions of our experts to do something similar. As you appear to be a finance expert I could well be picking your brain at some point in the future as the financing rules are about to change here so new ideas might be needed. Cheers, Kyle

Hi all I am Kyle Elmer, my wife Tania and I are full time investors based in Dunedin, New Zealand. I have found you guys from the podcasts which I have been really enjoying and which have given me a real buzz to get back in to a buying rather than operating mode. You'll see on my profile page we have been basically full time in property for about 12yrs now. I am a qualified golf professional and Tania is a management accountant by training but we have both grown up around real estate. To relax we enjoy our holiday home about 1hr from Queenstown, any other travel around the world we can fit in and I religiously follow the Formula 1 racing. Ive not used forums before so please guide me. From listening in to the podcasts I am keen to learn more on alternative financing and putting together groups of investors in deals, probably buy and hold, as have only used straight bank finance really here, apart from a couple of friends loans for deposits in the early days. We don't have a limit on the number of residential mortgages over here yet but there is big talk of some kind of limit being brought in soon so would like to get a step ahead of the market. We currently control 24 rental incomes, have a management business that runs 250 properties, have this last year or so started a small construction renovation business to support this and have been involved in a number of committees and boards. I would say we are probably around about the intermediate level wishing push through to the next level. Looking forward to the learning. Kyle
