Thanks Tim,

I'm in better shape then I thought. Thanks for tip on capex > 1000. Also, tip on 1% rule. I never knew of 1% till now.

My problem is I'm so old school that some things appear like there on a 78 record @ that speed to me. Watching Brandon buzz through the calculator and pasting takes awhile for me too catchup, could be P.T.S.D. from the war.

Very appreciative Tim for your advice,

Ken Bailey

I'm a pro member but newbie ,

My goal is to invest in buy/hold. Feel very comfortable in all aspects except rental property calculator. I'm a Vietnam vet and very, very old school, etc. Was a mainframe programmer at the pentagon (army @ falls church, Virginia ). Today, everything to me is 100% different and somewhat confusing.

My question is that I've watched everything I could find on property calculators. Problem for me is younger generation runs circles (speed) around me. I watch Brandon flip through the property calculator so rapidly that I'm only at 70% comprehension. The math is everything to me and would like to find something slower maybe that is more explicit breaking all aspects down.

Also, younger generation moves, pastes, etc. and that loses me quickly.

Thanks for any advice,

    Ken Bailey
