Recently I was very frustrated trying to split the screen. I wasted 1/2 a day toying with it. Because I'm old school I didn't even know what cut/copy/paste even was. So you can picture me on a the calculators (horrible). Well I dug deep determined to ease the pain on myself and auto tune these processes like the calculators are.
Since then I've setup 2 monitors (1 edge, 1 chrome). WOW what a difference to be on the calculator and any portal or whatever. Then I forced myself to learn how to cut/copy/paste, what a night mare. BUT, now what a dream when you finally actually learn these things that hold you back from moving forward. I guess when you really want something as bad as I want this you get rewarded a bit at a time.
It's also rewarding knowing my niche, strategy, and my how. Thank you Brandon, David, and J. You guys are changing many lives and all your books are GOLD.

I finally set up 2 monitors (1 edge, 1 chrome). Learned how to cut/copy/paste and now I'm super charged and very confident utilizing all the calculators. What a difference a day makes.

Most important that he is an investor himself as he'll definitely understand your needs.

I believe that beginning with the ultimate beginners guide and then to your 4 part video that you put together and arranged to expand from the first part by comprehending the first part prior to going to the second and so forth and so on really turns that green light on.
For me I began to visualize where I wanted to go with investing. I started going to seminars that enhanced my thoughts and more green lights started to flicker. I actually started see my WHY and then my niche and strategy right in front of me.
Because of your excitement, eagerness, and ability to keep my total attention I've really become super motivated. I then purchased "RENTAL PROPERTY INVESTING" and "MANAGING RENTAL PROPERTIES". I challenge anyone that reads these awesomely structured books to say these aren't A HOME RUN. I personally can't put them down, there that good and life changing. Take these to Starbucks where its loud, open the book and bingo no crowd noise.
I'm so motivated I've setup two monitors and have a pro coming to my home to fine tune my computer to bigger pockets. I've motivated at least 50/100 people to consider Biggerpockets as their future(dentist, doctors, friends, etc...). I don't go more then 100 steps without telling someone about this great opportunity. Finally, along came BRRRR and that was it, I purchased David Greens new book along with yours and J. Scott (Estimating Rehab Costs) and I'm in heaven. You guys are great and you all ROCK.

Thank you so much. I'm attempting to install another monitor and I have windows 10. I feel well versed and prepared with all except my abilities to copy and paste pictures, etc. Again I appreciate your advice immensely.
