Post: Trying to split screen between calculator and say realtor.com

Doing okay with the calculators in general. Just don't know how to copy/cut and paste, especially pictures. Would like to have realtor.com and calculator next to each other. Then be able to move a property picture to the PDF and the description. How do I accomplish this task to totally reduce lots of time I'm wasting.

Thanks

@Ivan S.

    Hi Ivan,

Ran into your post and had to stop and say hello. My whole family is from Maine. Some live in Portland. I'm relocating back to that direction for 6 mo. per year and 6 mo. the other half in Florida. Also, investing back there is so much easier then California.

@Chi Ta

Just saw @Robby Hogle post. He just nailed it for you. Thats why I'm excited because I'm liquid and able to compete with flippers with this approach. If you do your homework and purchase "as is" you'll have very little competition. Recommend you read the book and learn from the best meaning David Greene and Brandon Turner. This approach is new to me and very exciting.

@Chi Ta

Hi Chi,

    I visualized this the same way you are. Then I got David Greenes book and I'm all in. This book will eliminate your confusion. It's in Bigger Pockets book store and called Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat. This eliminated my confusion and changed my niche completely.

@Cheryl Logue

    Cheryl, if you want to get there in 5 years follow Brandon Turner. He does weekly webinars for newbies. Has a great book called 'Rental Property Investing'. Also try Ultimate beginners course on login page. Also go to education on bottom right a 4 part video course featuring Brandon Turner. This is excellent for newbies and anyone else.

@Keith Torsen

Excellent opportunity and well done. Probably consider getting the cash flow @300.+ That way when you move, each unit produces 100+. Other wise you appear to have done okay. Congrats!

The BRRRR is hard to put down. I honestly feel this could change the complete game. This is x10 compared to traditional approach.
