Thank you all.i forgot to mention it's a triplex I guess the impact is same regardless.

Hello

I am just wondering if there is any impact of short term rental income on appreciation similar to commercial real estate where the income directly impacts appreciation.

My neighbor does short term renta on a very similar property that I own.I would like to also know if he is doing very well in his short term rental would that also impact my propertie's appreciation?

Thanks

@Jeff Willis

Thank you. I already dropped few mails in USPS mailbox with 'Return to sender' and it didn't help.I guess I will have to also include ' moved and no forwarding address' as well.I will give that a try

Hello

My mailbox keeps getting full with tons of mails from old tenants and I don't have access to neither their current address or phone number.What would be the best way to ensure I no longer receive mails from previous occupants.Appreciate your input.

Thanks

@Chris Mason

Thank you!

@George Blower

Thank you!

hi,Does pmi get waived upon converting an FHA loan to Conventional? For example someone buys a 1 million dollar home with a 3.5 percent down payment and at a later time decides to convert the 30 year FHA to 30 year conventional would that waive the pmi?

Will this conversion require a refinance?

Appreciate your input

Thanks.I get the idea now, it appears like inspite of the ability to invest in RE right away you can reap the benefits only after retirement in future ,it is not a 'right here,right now' vehicle like other RE investments funded through other financial channels.

Interesting, I am now wondering why solo 401k is considered as an efficacious tool for RE investment,any other means of investing 401k in RE?will I be at least eligible to collect the monthly rental income from solo 401k re investment from other tenants? Thanks for your input
