@Kenneth McKeown

Appreciation factor generally tends to be speculative so my goals are cash flow and proximity to where I live I currently own a triplex in my current place with a 30 year conventional mortgage and I am planning to sell it off and buy a multiplex so it won't be liquid cash.

@Lucia Rushton

A job change requires me to move out of my current state,the options I have SFO or Dallas.

California is extremely expensive so I am considering Dallas,TX area

I am considering investing in a Six Plex or more in Dallas Tx area,my budget is upto 1 million.What would be some areas I can focus on with great cash flow deals.

@Josue Velney

Thanks Joshue your message was very encouraging.I will appreciate if you can share me some tips on how to find the right agent.

I am considering buying a six Plex (or more) near SFO California region after selling my current triplex.is it possible to get a six Plex near Oakland CA near 1 million range?

@Scott Smith

Hi Scott,

I actually had one more question, a job relocation made me move out of state,

would it make sense to sell the property

(Personally without llc or Land trust)

and purchase subsequent property ( looking to buy commercial with six or more units)

under an llc.How does this approach fare with

selling current property post transferring to an LLC from an asset protection perspective.

Appreciate your input.

@Scott Smith

Thank you very much this information is exactly what I was looking for. I checked my closing document and I don't have 'due on sale' clause in the document. What should be my steps to transfer to LLC while still retaining the low interest rate I currently have?

Hello,

I own a multi-family rental property and I dwell in one of the units. Are there any benefits if I collect the rent from other units through an LLC vs encashing cheques in a personal account?

On a side note the multi- family home is in my name,it's a 30 year mortgage with 3.5 interest

would it also make sense to transfer the ownership to an LLC? I know the interest rates are higher now ,I am wondering under what circumstances would it make sense to transfer to an llc
