Hi @Jonathan Greene

What are some questions I should be asking my builder? Essentially interviewing them, what should I found out in terms of costs, timelines, permits and such?

Thanks

Hi BP

I’m curious as to what everyone thinks about doing cash out ReFi’s right now with interest rates going up so fast. If you run your numbers and it still works then maybe it still makes sense? Thanks for any input!

Quote from @Cody Lewis:

What do you need to do from your mobile/tablet? Also, what OS will you be using on the mobile devices?

We use ActiveCampaign for CRM and it's mobile app is actually better than the task management online. Technically, using a task manager from your contacts app is a great start. Only after we had 50 active people to manage did we switch to a CRM.

 iOS, thanks Cody!

Hello BP community,

I’m looking for suggestions on some of the best CRM’s that also are easy to use on mobile/tablet. I’m aware of some of the more popular CRM’s but a lot of them have little to no support on mobile/tablet. Any recommendations would be great! Thanks

Hey BP community,

I was wondering what some of the best ways are to model a new build you are doing or a property renovation? Is there a software or application that does this well and makes it easily presentable? Thanks!

Still waiting on the mobile application overhaul!

Hello BP community,

I’m looking into purchasing some vacant land that is zoned for small multi family construction. I was wondering if anyone here had any tips/recommendations/ or experiences with Refinancing a new build multi family property? I realize that if I were to do this, selling would be one of the best upfront options. However, it is in an area that I like where I am acquiring  buy-and-hold properties. Any info would be much appreciated, thanks.

Hello BP,

I am currently talking/marketing to a family who owns several run down properties which I am interested in purchasing and improving. My problem is that multiple family members are on title for these properties and half of them want to sell and the other half do not. How would you go about this? Play the long game and wait? This is an opportunity that I don't want to miss out on so how do I stay in front of them? Thanks so much.
