Hello BP,

I am currently talking/marketing to a family who owns several run down properties which I am interested in purchasing and improving. My problem is that multiple family members are on title for these properties and half of them want to sell and the other half do not. How would you go about this? Play the long game and wait? This is an opportunity that I don't want to miss out on so how do I stay in front of them? Thanks so much.
