Experience in Refinancing a New Build?
Hello BP community,
I’m looking into purchasing some vacant land that is zoned for small multi family construction. I was wondering if anyone here had any tips/recommendations/ or experiences with Refinancing a new build multi family property? I realize that if I were to do this, selling would be one of the best upfront options. However, it is in an area that I like where I am acquiring buy-and-hold properties. Any info would be much appreciated, thanks.
