Id suggest just starting small so you can learn the game with a relatively low amount of risk. Do you want to learn long-term buy /holds? Get a duplex. Want to explore flipping? Buy one of those $30k "pigs" Brandon and Leybovich always talk about and go to work on it. Once youve done a little bit of it, youll learn how to do it better and bigger and then get more aggressive.
