OK. Yeah. That's Park Hill area, especially south of Dodson. It's an older, well taken care of area. Lots of rentals. Stay east of Jenny Lind and south of Dodson and you're good. The ares north of Dodson and west of JL are "some good, some bad". Hit and miss.

I live in FSM and use the BP lease. No one's ever even questioned 1 line of it. They don't seem to notice if it's any different from anyone else's lease.
