I only recently returned home to Arkansas after serving in the Army for a few years. I owned a home before I left and have kept it 100% rented since then. I bought another property when I got back, rehabbed it a bit, and recently signed a purchase agreement with a buyer. I'm working on getting licensed, both as a realtor and contractor. I really don't know much, but Google and Youtube have been my "tutors" so far. I look forward to learning and connecting!

Welcome Joshua!  I'm also in Little Rock so if there's anything I can do for you, just let me know.  My advice here would be to absorb as many of the podcasts as you can.  There's so much good information there.  Plus, you can listen to them anywhere.  Also, ask every question you can.  There's a lot of smart people here.   Again, welcome and good luck!
