Here is a bio to let you know a little about myself. It's somewhat lengthy but I feel it's important for you to know a little about myself.

My name is Patrick Scifres. I am 36 years old and from Marion, Arkansas, which is 15 minutes from Downtown Memphis, TN. I reside Downtown Memphis across from Bass Pro in the Pinch District. I have a 12 year old son named Colin who attends Grace St. Luke’s.  I attended St. Dominic's School and I graduated from Christian Brothers High School class of 1998. After high school, I attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where I studied Agricultural Economics and Marketing. I have a girlfriend of four years.

I returned to Marion, AR after college and worked in the family business which is agriculture related. Wanting to try something new, I was employed by Regions Bank, then started my own company manufacturing home decor items. The company was successful until the downturn in the economy. Having grown up in Marion, attended CBHS in Memphis, and attended the University of Arkansas, I realized just how many connections I had made over the years, and real estate seemed to be the perfect job. Even though times were tough in real estate, our area seemed not to be hit too awfully hard, and money can always be made in real estate. My parents have had rental properties since the late 1980's which they still have today.  Over the past 8 years, I've helped manage and flip houses with my parents and a few other investor friends; I love my community and enjoy helping friends new and old when it comes to real estate.
