Kujtim Beganaj Welcome to BP neighbor. I live out near New Holland area. I am in a similar situation. I was laid off from my corporate sales job recently and am thinking of getting licensed instead of going back to corporate America. If you have enough money saved up to make the jump and it is what you really want then go for it.

Any updates on this situation? Did anyone ever recoup any of their money?

 Yes you can have them get renters insurance with a pet clause.

I have the same problem every once in a while on my iPhone 4s... It only does it to me on certain posts but happens at least once a day.

I think the first one looks better.

We are practically neighbors. Just moved out to Honey Brook and work in Exton. I go to French Creek at least once a month.

Hello BP Nation. I am a fairly new investor and am looking to try and break into the MF and small apartment niche. I have been doing a lot of research in this area after listening to several of the podcasts and have seen a lot of opportunity in Reading, Pa. I also am considering  a couple other markets in Eastern Pa. Just curious if anyone has experience in the Reading area and if so, what should I look for? . I live about 20-30 minutes from their but haven't really spent any time in Reading. Thanks for any feedback or advice.
