Im looking for advice on creating a JV with someone. I recently purchased a home in Ohio for under 20k. Its already being gutted and getting ready to get it rent ready. This house is in a good location. Close to hospital amd college. The home has a full basement with a bathroom ,back patio garage 4 bedrooms 3 bath 1700 sq ft. It has so much potential for renting out at least 3 separate entrances. Abnb can also be included. It has 2 separate meters as well. Im wondering if anyone would JV with me on the rehab (approx 20k).

1. Advice on how to JV at this stage and what would it look like.

2. Anyone interested?

Any other options for rehab funding. I paid all cash (under 20k) for sfh in ohio. Needs some work but now i have no liquid left. What are my options.

What are your recommendations if you were to use your liquid cash on a property but it needed rehab. And you didnt have any liquid cash left after purchase.  

1. Heloc or refi

2. How much would yoy pay someone to remove the junk from property 

3. Where would you find someone to do the finish work

4. would you seek out a JV

any referrals or suggestions please. 

If I buy a home in Akron for cash with a foreclosure.  So its under $20K - if I pay cash and get an appraisal can I pull from the equity. 

I have been doing my research on NC areas. I am already working with jason but im open to meeting other investors and RE in other big cities or PM out there as well. If anyone has a referral please let me know.
