@Rebecca Winslow Welcome to Bigger Pockets!  I too am looking to invest in Baltimore City, I want buy and holds but I will consider flips to build funds as well.  I eventually want to move to Baltimore and live in one of my properties, ideally a multi-family.  I'm currently targeting neighborhoods I'd like to live in, such as Charles Village, Station North and Pigtown.  I also volunteer regularly and am interested in your agency.  What areas are you looking into?

Hello @Eric H. Its great to connect with others investing in Baltimore.

Hi Angela DeBorja! I'm also getting started in Baltimore and it's great to meet other women doing the same. Have you attended the REI meet up for Women? I missed the last one this past Wednesday. I have one rental in St. Louis MO and currently house hack with one tenant. looking to add additional buy and holds to my portfolio in Baltimore neighborhoods where I'd be willing to live eventually.

@Joseph England Congratulations on your success in Baltimore!  That's exactly what I'm looking to do.  Would love to connect with and learn from you.

Here's to a prosperus 2016 for everyone!

Hello STL investors. .

I have a rental in North County which I'm turning over in 75 days while I live in Maryland. I'm looking for referrals for tenant placement, property management and CONTRACTORS AND LANDACAPERS. Please let me know if you have any good vendors to refer me to!

Thanks!

Kim

Welcome to BP Kevin.  I own a rental in North County, lived in STL for 8 years and now I live in MD, where I house hack and am looking for investments in Baltimore City.

Good luck!

Hey Mac, Thanks for the reply. I've held the property remotely for 5+ years without a management company. But with very little turnover. Plus now that I'm single i may be willing to forgo some profit for a management company. What is the name of the one you use? Thanks! Kim

Hello BP! I have a rental property in St. Louis county in Missouri. My 3 yr tenant is moving out in April. I'm looking for companies to assist with property management and repairs leading up to the turnover. Also looking for your insight and experiences managing the process remotely. For instance, do you ask tenants to send pictures of the property to determine what repairs need to be made? Do you hire a contractor to go over and do a walk through inspection with you via Face Time? Just trying to figure it all out. In the past my spouse went out for a few weeks and handled everything in person. No more spouse. Also when you tenant gives notice of their intent to move, do you offer anything to entice them to stay? She has always paid rent on time and doesn't bother me with those "how do I change the lightbulb" questions. Thanks in advance. I've already learned so much on BP. Kim

I'm a current landlord of property in both Maryland and Missouri. Looking for at least a two family to BRRR in Baltimore City or Charles County, Maryland.
