Is there an option that offers you the ability to buy multiple houses on one mortgage loan? Is that possible

I'm going to be in Honolulu next week and I see on zillow some condos for good decent price 80k. However reading the description it says there's a leasehold and you have a maintenance fee and a lease fee and it looks like it's adding up the 3k a month...Can someone tell more bout that?

Jason Hirko I guess my definition of a great deal would be spending as little as possible of my own money to purchase the property that already has positive equity in it and also generates positive cashflow of greater than or equal to 500 dollars.

I'm currently looking to buy and hold rent in the Columbus Oh area. I'm networking with a couple realtors there buts tough being so far away. I like to get eyes on the property before I buy.
