Jeff Greenberg wow sir, just read your detail. I'm honored that you responded and impressed by your real estate background in MF. I do have interest in multifamily properties. Like anything it would have to be a great deal and if the numbers are right.

Little bit bout what I'm trying to do. I want to be able to generate cashflow passive income and retire before 40 haha. I have read rich dad poor dad, the rich man in Babylon. Those two book make so much sense to me. I been working for the money all my life. I realized I'm not going get rich off my savings. I don't wanna wait till I'm 65 to retire. My parents done that and they're not in the best health to enjoy retirement. I saved up close to 80k. My goal is to saved up to 120k. I own a two family house for two years now. Financed it at 308k. One unit there's my mother and I. The other unit there's my brother and his family. I'm not making any cashflow off this property. I make pretty good money to cover all my expenses support them and save. I should probably put some of my saving into the principal but I'm frugal. I think having the cash on hand is better. I'm itching to pull the trigger and start buying up properties left n right like some of the success stories I read. I guess I just wanna get some ideas of those that have done it and doing it now. I wanna get out the rat race.

Hi All, Has anyone worked with Smartland properties currently or in the past? I'm looking into the Cleveland area for a turnkey rental investment.
