Yes I already took it. Yea... I would say it is the reason. I was there for two weeks. The meeting was on the second to last day of the trip.

So I was watching BP podcast 162 with Amanda Han. My question is can use the I claim my travel expenses to Hawaii based on a planned timeshare meeting? Does timeshare meeting counts as real estate investing?
Congrats!!!🍾🎊🎈

Yeah I don't know what kinda class it is. The 34 units is part of a larger complex of 336 units. The complex was constructed by a well known apartment builder, Don Kenney. These are newer construction than what is typical in Columbus (last 30 years). This was built in 1998. This complex is setup like a condo association with each unit having a fee that the owner pays each month. This covers the normal condo association expense (landscape, drive way maintenance, snow removal, ponds, general property insurance, club house, fitness center, pool, security, exterior lights, signage, roofs, etc.). What's the minimum down payment for a property such as that?
