Turnkey experiences please share!

I've always only bought turnkeys. Not everyone likes them, but they work perfect for me!
Pros- the hard work is done for me, I'm extremely hands-off, I don't have to stress over having expertise knowledge on everything (just enough to do proper due diligence)
Cons- property managers can be stressful. But that's with any use of property managers, not just turnkeys.
Here's an article that weighs turnkey vs. BRRRR... I mostly share it just because it does spell out some more of the pros and cons-

Keep in mind, all turnkey experiences will be very specific to the turnkey providers that you work with! Some are better than others, some are in better markets than others, and some are just generally easier to work with than others. Location and provider matters.
