It's so funny how these things work out. I have exactly what you're looking for. I am currently selling a home. It's a 23 minute car ride to the city & 35 minute train ride. easily accessible to the garden state parkway. The household income is slightly above average. Let's talk! So, I have my first client ever!! How exciting! I'm in the process of short selling a house & when I say process I really mean I have one prospect. So, I go to the house to take pictures to show the property (I literally just got the property yesterday) I took pictures of the whole house but I don't feel that the pictures really grasp the house itself like the actual size of the house. My problem here is that I told him he will have the pictures before the night is over. So my question is, Do I send him the pictures I have & then go for the appointment for him to see the house in person?

Excuse me not having a profile picture. I am new to the wholesale/real estate industry. Currently, I have two pre-foreclosed homes that I am looking to sell. I just have no clue where I can find cash buyers? I feel like I am beyond blessed to start off with two great properties to sell, but what's a property without prospects? Any advice from someone with professional experience.  

I am brand new to the Real Estate industry, I have been finding out that there is more to learn than I thought. I am very interested in short sales, that really caught my interest & I am open to all & any advice anyone is willing to give.
