Yes, This is what we use, and dont even consider roaches to be that big of a deal because Advion works wonders. Now Ive never had roaches take over a complete apt complex either. Bed bugs are a different story. They can be real tough to get rid of, and pricey.

The 3 F's, I like that. Just curious, have you ever received a loan from a non family or friend, and thought, "they are a fool for loaning me this money". Even though u fully intended to do them right?

@John McCabe I would try all the ways. Zillow FSBO, Craigslist, Facebook, Loopnet. List in the description your criteria for a buyer about 3 times to help cut down on the people that have trouble reading. Like already mentioned, it will take some work, but doable. Now is certainly the time to do it. Do you have ur larger purchase identified yet? Wish you the best.

I feel like in this market cash offers dont have as much pull. I put in a cash offer and lost the deal to a financed offer at the exact same amount. Totally threw me for a loop. Either way if its listed on the mls, your wasting your time low balling. Best of luck.
