What is the best way to sell a package of quality, occupied prop?
I have a package of 10 properties (16 doors) in Ohio that I am looking to sell. I am hoping to 1031 into a larger purchase. Any advice on the best way to find a buyer that is able to close on the entire deal? All properties are occupied and well maintained. I am open to staying on as the manager, as I have owned them for years. Purchase price $1,449,000, gross annual rents $216k. Cap rate just under 12%.
